Suppose you want to teach your dog to come back on command.
- Choose one whistle signal, for example two short tones.
- Blow the whistle, call your dog, and reward him generously with a treat or toy as soon as he reaches you.
- Repeat this several times a day, both at home and outside, until your dog automatically associates the signal with coming back.
